MADDE 1-<\/strong> 22\/8\/2009 tarihli ve 27327 sayılı Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yayımlanan Kamu İhale Genel Tebliğinin<\/a><\/strong> 17.3.2 nci maddesinde yer alan \u201c5.000 TL\u2019yi\u201d ibareleri \u201c50.000 TL\u2019yi\u201d şeklinde değiştirilmiştir.<\/p>\n

MADDE 2-<\/strong> Aynı Tebliğin 17.4.1 inci maddesinde yer alan \u201c5.000 TL\u2019yi\u201d ibaresi \u201c50.000 TL\u2019yi\u201d şeklinde değiştirilmiştir.<\/p>\n

MADDE 3- <\/strong>Aynı Tebliğe aşağıdaki geçici madde eklenmiştir.<\/p>\n

\u201cBaşlamış olan ihaleler<\/p>\n

GEÇİCİ MADDE 24- (1) Bu maddeyi yürürlüğe koyan Tebliğin yürürlüğe girdiği tarihten önce ilanı veya yazılı olarak duyurusu yapılmış olan ihaleler, ilanın veya duyurunun yapıldığı tarihte yürürlükte olan Tebliğ hükümlerine göre sonuçlandırılır.\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 4-<\/strong> Bu Tebliğ yayımı tarihinden 30 gün sonra yürürlüğe girer.<\/p>\n
