Ulusal Bayram ve Genel Tatil G&#252;nleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tatil g&#252;nleri ve s&#252;releri (1 Ocak, 23 Nisan, 1 May&#305;s, 19 May&#305;s, 15 Temmuz, 30 A&#287;ustos, 29 Ekim, Ramazan ve Kurban Bayramlar&#305;) listeleniyor.<\/li>\n<li>Bu g&#252;nlerde &#231;al&#305;&#351;ma, s&#246;zle&#351;mede h&#252;k&#252;m varsa zorunlu, yoksa i&#351;&#231;inin onay&#305;na ba&#287;l&#305;; 18 ya&#351;&#305;ndan k&#252;&#231;&#252;kler &#231;al&#305;&#351;t&#305;r&#305;lamaz.<\/li>\n<li>&#199;al&#305;&#351;&#305;lmasa bile &#252;cret tam &#246;denir; &#231;al&#305;&#351;&#305;l&#305;rsa ilave bir g&#252;nl&#252;k &#252;cret (dini bayram arifeleri ve 28 Ekim i&#231;in yar&#305;m g&#252;nl&#252;k) verilir, bu kar&#351;&#305;l&#305;&#287;&#305;nda izin kulland&#305;r&#305;lamaz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Hafta Tatili<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 g&#252;nl&#252;k dilimde en az 24 saat hafta tatili zorunlu; &#231;ocuk\/gen&#231; i&#351;&#231;ilerde bu s&#252;re 40 saatten az olamaz.<\/li>\n<li>Baz&#305; &#231;al&#305;&#351;&#305;lmayan haller (kanuni izinler, hastal&#305;k raporu vb.) hafta tatili hakk&#305;n&#305; etkilemez.<\/li>\n<li>&#199;al&#305;&#351;&#305;l&#305;rsa en az %50 zaml&#305; &#252;cret &#246;denir, denkle&#351;tirmeye tabi tutulamaz, toplu kulland&#305;r&#305;lamaz.<\/li>\n<li>Turizm i&#351;letmelerinde i&#351;&#231;inin onay&#305;yla hafta tatili 4 g&#252;n i&#231;inde kulland&#305;r&#305;labilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Ara Dinlenmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>18 ya&#351; &#252;st&#252; i&#351;&#231;ilerde s&#252;reye g&#246;re 15 dakika \u2013 1 saat aras&#305;; &#231;ocuk\/gen&#231; i&#351;&#231;ilerde farkl&#305; kurallar uygulan&#305;yor.<\/li>\n<li>Bu s&#252;re &#231;al&#305;&#351;ma s&#252;resinden say&#305;lmaz, ayn&#305; anda ya da farkl&#305; saatlerde kulland&#305;r&#305;labilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Y&#305;ll&#305;k &#220;cretli &#304;zin<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En az 1 y&#305;l &#231;al&#305;&#351;ma &#351;art&#305;yla hak kazan&#305;l&#305;r; hizmet s&#252;resine g&#246;re 14, 20 veya 26 g&#252;n.<\/li>\n<li>Hesaplama, kullan&#305;m &#351;ekli, b&#246;l&#252;nebilirlik, yol izni, k&#305;smi s&#252;reli\/mevsimlik &#231;al&#305;&#351;anlar&#305;n durumu ve i&#351; s&#246;zle&#351;mesi sona erip yeniden ba&#351;lama halinde hizmet s&#252;resinin nas&#305;l hesaplanaca&#287;&#305; &#246;rnekle anlat&#305;l&#305;yor.<\/li>\n<li>&#304;zin &#252;cretinin pe&#351;in\/avans &#246;denmesi ve izin s&#305;ras&#305;nda ba&#351;ka i&#351;te &#231;al&#305;&#351;man&#305;n sonu&#231;lar&#305; da yer al&#305;yor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.
